Optimal, Optimal+
- Optimal: a narrow base of finishing materials with a basic range of bathroom finishing work (no alterations, tiles laid up to a height of 2.1m)
- Optimal+: a broad base of finishing materials with an extended range of bathroom finishing work, including: plumbing alterations, mirror pasted between tiles and electrical alterations related to this, tiling to the ceiling.
Standard, Standard+
- Standard: Compared to the Optimal level, you will find higher-grade materials with basic finishing work in the bathroom (no alterations, tiles laid to a height of 2.1m).
- Standard+: wide base of finishing materials with extended bathroom finishing work
Exclusive
- The widest and exclusive material base
- Exclusive wood floors

- Shower with shower tray and walk-in shower included
- Smoothing walls and ceilings
